Please Note: The difference in price of an item exchanged for a product at a lower price, will be returned to the customer as a gift voucher only.
How do I purchase a gift voucher?
You can purchase a gift voucher by emailing our Customer Support Team at [email protected] and they will set everything up for you.
How do I use a gift voucher?
Simply enter the Gift voucher code at the checkout page and the amount will be deducted from your order total. If you bought the Gift Card for somebody else to use, not a problem! Just forward the Gift Card to them and they can use it whenever they like.
How long is my gift voucher valid for?
Our gift vouchers have a 12 month expiry date from the day you receive it.
Can I share or use my gift voucher more than once?
Unfortunately gift vouchers are bespoke to your email address and can only be used for once at checkout.
Can I buy a gift voucher for my friend?
If you're purchasing a gift voucher for someone else, we ask that you mention this and provide their full name and email address.
